As a participant in the event, I declare and understand that:

The event offers information, training, and participation in group and individual activities and holistic dynamics, such as, but not limited to: Rebirthing Breathwork, Conscious Breathing, and Family Constellations, as well as dynamics and practices oriented toward self-improvement, personal growth, and enhancement of communication skills.

2. I acknowledge that these activities do not substitute medical, psychological assistance, or diagnosis of diseases and/or medical conditions, as they are not designed nor were they created for the treatment of diseases, injuries, and/or conditions related to physical and/or mental health.

3. By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and accept that my participation in the event is completely voluntary. Likewise, I understand that the practices and dynamics developed during the event are alternatives for personal and consciousness development, and that they are not intended to replace nor do they replace timely advice from health professionals. In any scenario related to my health status or medical condition, I understand that I should consult health professionals.

4. Therefore, I release and exempt from all liability, direct or indirect, ONE TEAM UP INC, its representatives and collaborators, as well as MARIA CAROLINA BRACHO HAYES, from any type of liability for personal injury, property damage, or losses that may result from my participation in the event. This exemption extends to any claim, demand, action, damage, or loss, whether present or future, that arises from or is related in any way to my participation in the event. I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary, and I assume all associated risks. This release is broad and sufficient as far as law is concerned and is granted with full knowledge of its legal implications.
